1) Rabies:
Rabies is one of the most feared dog diseases. The worst part about
this disease is it can be transmitted to human beings as well when
they come in close contact with the affected animal. Although the
infection lasts for about two to twelve weeks in most cases it can
stay in the affected animal’s body for as long as two years.
Therefore it is very important to find whether your beloved pet dog
is affected by rabies or not. Early detection of the disease can
save both you and your pet dog from falling prey to this highly
infectious disease. Generally speaking the symptoms associated with
the disease include paranoia, agitations, confusion, insomnia and
anxiety. You must not waste any time in seeing a local Vet when you
observe these symptoms in your pet dog. The only remedy to prevent
the growth of this contagious disease is the anti rabies
vaccination. Both the dog owner and the pet need to take this
vaccination at the same time to ensure none of them transmit the
disease to each other.

2) Canine
parvo virus: One of the most commonplace diseases found in dogs is
caused by a particular virus called Canine parvo virus. Most dogs
get affected by this virus when they come in close contact with the
feces left over by affected dogs. Extensive research about the
nature of this disease has revealed that little puppies are the most
susceptible to catching this disease. Canine parvo viruses can prove
to be fatal for these little ones. Every year a considerable number
of puppy deaths are caused by this terrible disease alone. There you
need take immediate action if you see your puppy suffering from this
disease. Don’t ignore the earliest symptoms if you want to save your
pup’s life. Once you are at a Vet hospital your dog will undergo a
hemmagutination test to determine the growth of this viral disease.
The symptoms of this
disease start appearing within three to ten days when your dog begins to
suffer from high fever or frequent attacks of diarrhea. Other common
symptoms of a possible canine parvo virus attack are reflected throng
dehydration, vomiting tendencies etc. Once your dog gets this disease it
will be automatically become more vulnerable to a host of other
infectious ailments.

whether your dog will make it though these dog diseases as success
primarily depends on how early the virus gets detected. |
